Development blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island featured within the images.
Also included in this new image drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
This development map is annotated in notations in red and features a notes section detailing distinct sections of the estate.
In addition to the main plan are what look to be several other construction diagrams and architectural plans, such as layouts for marina coverings.
